Clean up module selector popup dialog

Browse source 
- 모듈 선택 팝업창에서 가상 사이트 검색 기능 삭제
- 게시판 모듈을 기본 선택 및 검색하도록 변경 (전에는 알파벳순으로 정렬되어
  출석부 등 문서 이동에 적절하지 않은 모듈이 먼저 노출되는 불편이 있었음)
