Import new XE functions clearStatCache() and invalidateOpcache()

라이믹스는 Storage 클래스에서 파일을 쓸 때마다 opcache와 stat cache를
자동으로 비워주고 있으므로 이런 조치가 필요하지 않으나,
XE와의 호환성을 위해 동일한 함수를 제공함. 사용을 권장하지 않음.
