Fix incorrect handling of secret comments in commentItem::isAccessible()

댓글은 비밀 여부를 status 필드가 아니라 is_secret 필드로 표시함.
문서 모듈 쪽의 코드를 그대로 복붙하여 발생한 오류로 보임.
