jQuery 오류 수정

* 오페라에서 $(window).height()의 값 오류 수정. ref : http://dev.jquery.com/changeset/5938
  * 사파리/크롬에서 스크롤바 두께를 강제적으로 제거하여 반환하도록 수정. 임의의 16픽셀 고정.
