dc307cb7d6 #375 게시판 정렬 기준 컬럼 변경 regdate -> list_order 
- 게시판모듈 설정에서 문서번호 정렬(list_order)을 등록일 정렬로 변경(문서번호 표기는 삭제)
- default 스킨에서 sort_index의 regdate, last_update 값을 list_order, update_order로 변경
