5686f9a594 Mobile skin need mobile skin path as 'm.skins'. If it does not, 'Site Design' modal will show you the 'PC' skin name instead of 'Mobile' skin name.

* There is already 'id="{$formTag->name}"' in the {$formTag->inputTag}, so if there is it, it is 'duplicated id-value'.
