db91ead88a 사이트 메뉴 편집 시 너무 많은 cookie를 생성하는 문제 수정 
- 관리페이지의 GNB 메뉴의 열림 상태 확인을 위한 cookie 사용 개선
  - 열린 상태의 쿠키만 유지하고 닫힘 상태의 cookie 제거 (open 값만 확인하므로)
- 사이트 메뉴 관리의 메뉴의 열린 항목이 없을 때 cookie 제거

장기적으로는 메뉴 이름에 html entity 가 들어가지 않도록 하는 것이 좋을 것으로 보임.

스마트폰과 같이 좁은 화면에서도 보기 좋도록 쉽게 조정할 수 있는 것들을 조정해보았습니다.
XE icon 1.0.4 를 활용했습니다.

변경전의 xe.less 파일도 rhymix.less와 함께 load 하여 호환정 유지

CSS 충돌 예)
bootstrap의 .btn
사용 예)
bootstrap 사용시엔 {Context::unloadBasicFiles('xe')}으로 unload 시키면 문제없음

3dc1b5d804 Connect everything as secure as possible. 
1. 관리자 메뉴 도구의 레이아웃 설치 페이지에서 섬네일 이미지 주소 올바르게 표시 되도록 수정.
2. 페이지 곳곳에 표시된 주소 중 HTTPS 접속이 가능한 사이트의 주소를 업데이트.
3. 주소가 변경된 사이트들의 주소를 업데이트.

메뉴 항목마다 설명 항목을 추가합니다. `{$val1['desc']}` 와 같이 레이아웃에서 불러올 수 있습니다.
fontawesome 등을 쉽게 추가할 수 있게 해줍니다.

사이트 메뉴 편집 > 바로가기 메뉴타입 URL 링크 부분에서
주소 입력은 제대로 잘 되고 작동도 잘 되지만 메뉴 수정에 들어가면 URL 링크 부분에 '&' 가 '&' 로 노출되어 확인 눌러 저장해 버리면 주소가 & 포함된 주소로 바뀌어 버리는 소소한 문제점이 있었습니다.
