4faa291880 #1331 커버 이미지를 선택할 수 있는 기능 추가 
- files 테이블에 cover_image 컬럼 추가
- 썸네일 생성 로직에 cover_image 값을 참조하여 이미지 선택 사용
- 파일 업로드 기능에 UI 추가

1ca44bf2e3 #242 document item의 object cache 정리. 
- 일부 기록성 데이터를 제외하고 object cache를 사용하도록 함과 이에 따라 해당 값이 변경될 때 cache를 갱신하지 않도록 변경.
  - readed_count, comment_count, voted_count, blamed_count, trackback_count
