91ac64ba08 getUrl, getFullUrl, getSiteUrl에 대해서 getNoEncodedUrl, getNoEncodedFullUrl, getNoEncodedSiteUrl 대응 함수를 추가 (url query에 대해 htmlspecialchars를 하지 않는 함수) 하고 XE 내부적으로 redirect하는 경우 getNoEncoded*Url 함수를 이용하도록 수정

0968703934 #18205582, #18150330, 메일 인증/ 비밀번호 찾기등의 메일 발송시 경로가 제대로 전달되도록 수정. 
auth_key, member_srl등의 값이 제대로 들어가지 않아서 인증이 제대로 되지 않던 문제 수정

bb97446dfc Virtual Site 생성시 도메인 단위(서브도메인 또는 독립 도메인)이 아닌 ID 형식으로 생성 가능하도록 기능 개선. 
SID 로 불리는 이 사이트ID는 MID와 중복이 불가능함.

a1f49ed545 XE의 FileHandler::getRemoteFile을 PEAR::HTTPReuqest를 이용하도록 수정. 
FileHandler::getRemoteResource를 FileHandler::getRemoteFile 에서 다시 사용하도록 하고 config.inc.php에서 __PROXY_SERVER__ 라는 상수를 통해 특정 서버를 거쳐서 외부 요청을 하는 기능 추가

* __DEBUG__ 상수의 기본 값(0)에서는 어떠한 메시지도 출력하지 않도록 변경
  * __DEBUG__ 상수의 순차적 증가 값을 비트 값으로 변경
  * config/config.inc.php 파일의 설정 값 보다 우선하는 config/config.user.inc.php 를 먼저 읽도록 추가
  * DisplayHandler::_debugOutput()에서 debugPrint()를 사용하지 않도록 변경

589a9b97d8 자바스크립트 이벤트 제거 정규식 수정 
전제
1. 이벤트명 앞에는 개행(r, n, rn)문자와 공백 문자만 올 수 있음
2. 이벤트명 뒤에는 등호(=)가 존재해야하나 앞, 뒤에 공백이 있을 수 있음
3. 에디터 컴포넌트에서 on으로 시작하는 변수명을 가질 수 있으므로 실제 이벤트명만을 체크해야 함
