23ddda10c6 #19690852 Refactoring: extracted the code for creating the "group by" and "order by" queries in separate functions. Replaced "inst_num", "orderby_num" and "groupby_num" with LIMIT.

8b64a98058 #19623905 Context 클래스 정리 
Context 클래스를 정리 내역

1. get / _get 등과 같이 class method와 instance method 로 분리되어있던 사용방법을 get 으로 통일
(class method로 호출할 경우 내부에서 singletone instance를 가져오도록 수정)
2. space4칸 -> tab 1칸으로 변경
3. 줄 시작/줄 끝 공백 제거

위 작업을 모두 실행한 후의 결과.
파일 용량이 57932 bytes 에서 37703 bytes 로 약 35% 정도 감소했습니다.

Context 클래스의 변경에 따라 HTMLDisplayHandler에서 JS,CSS파일 추가하는 방법 수정

03e0340b46 #19619300 get_vars 변수에 이미 초기화 된 값이 있을 경우 값을 overwrite 하게 되면서 문제가 생김 
content라는 변수가 url parameter에 들어가게 되면 이미 셋팅되어 있으므로 해당 변수명과 동일한 실제 page의 content를
get_vars->content라는 곳에 overwrite 하게 됨
get_vars를 가져와서 사용하는 getUrl 같은 곳에서 이상 url이 셋팅되게 됨.
