포인트 모듈을 켜고 끌 수 있게 하여서 트리거를 거치지 않을 수 있도록 하는 방법 추가.

1. 함수 로직 변경
- moduleController::insertTrigger
- moduleController::deleteTrigger
- moduleModel::getTriggers
- moduleModel::getTrigger
2. 그룹 캐시 저장을에서 단일 캐시 파일 저장으로 변경

82974b0438 #225 사이트맵에 temporary menu가 중복생성되는 오류 해결, 
메뉴명을 'temporary menu'에서  'unlinked'로 변경하였으며 'unlinked' 메뉴는 무조건 하나 존재하게 됨.
기존의 temporary menu는 삭제하도록 했고, temporary menu에 있던 하위메뉴들은 'unlinked' 메뉴 하위로 이동됨
