daf14d8e3e General reorganization of dispBoardContentList 
- 상담글, 검색 목록 수 설정이 getDocumentPage 이후에 설정되어
  하단목록에 잘못된 페이지가 나올 수 있는 문제 수정
- 서로 연관된 조건은 동시에 처리
- 전반적 코드 품질 및 가독성 개선
