알림센터 모듈의 영어 추가 번역 및 수정 
1. 알림센터 모듈에서 영어 번역이 되어 있지 않은 항목을 추가 번역했습니다.
2. 원어민은 아니지만, 알림센터 모듈의 영어 중에 약간 어색하게 읽히는 문장을 살짝 수정했습니다.

- 단순 번역이고, 여러번 코드를 확인했을 때 별 문제가 없어보여서 머지 합니다.
