b5462ccbcc 에디터 기본 설정을 사용할 수 있도록 개선 
한 번 설정 후에 에디터를 기본 설정으로 되돌릴 수 없던 문제를 개선.

bd482c6881 Fix datepicker date-format as yy-mm-dd 
XE에서 한국어 언어 파일을 이용해서 사실상 yy-mm-dd 만을 날짜 형식으로 사용했기 때문에, 다국어를 지원하면서 나라마다
다른 형식을 풀어주게 되면, 호환성 문제가 있을 수 있어서 형식을 강제함.
