280c94c9bd Improve file upload dialog #800 
- 파일 첨부 버튼을 "사진 및 파일 첨부"로 변경 #800
- 파일 첨부 상자를 CKEditor 기본 스킨과 같은 색으로 변경
- 파일 첨부 상자의 border-radius를 제거하여 CKEditor와 통일성 유지
