d807512aca 페이지에서 위젯 수정하는 부분 개선. 
1. 새로 추가된 위젯스타일 사용시 위젯의 내부여백을 둘때 위젯스타일 디자인 자체에 여백이 전용되는 경우가 있어서 매번 서버에서 코드를 갱신하도록 변경.
2. 위젯스타일/ 위젯의 컬러셋등을 수정하는 경우 IE와 비IE 모두 잘 되도록 수정
