bd1df9288e fix #1673 누락된 확장자 필터 메세지 추가 
확장자 필터 메세지가 누락되어 있습니다. 따라서 허용 확장자 등 확장자 형태의 입력을 받을 때 잘못 입력하면 `invalid_extension`로만 표시됩니다.
이를 다른 필터처럼 올바른 메세지가 표시되도록 고칩니다. 업데이트 이후 캐시파일을 재생성해야 룰셋 파일이 재생성되며 메세지가 바뀝니다.

=기존 줄 수정=
2183번째줄 - 포럼을 게시판으로 바꾼 이유는, 영문에서는 게시판(board)라고 되어있고, 또한 해외의 포럼과는 성격이 크게 다르기 때문.
2130번째줄 - 좀 더 직설적인 표현 사용
기타 영문 1곳, 한글 1곳을 좀 더 확실한 표현으로 수정했습니다.

위의 경우 말고는 새로 추가한 부분입니다.
