기본 팝업창 스타일 수정. (#1075) 
# 기본 팝업창 스타일 수정.

- 바뀐 관리자 페이지 스타일과 통일성 유지.
 - 임시 저장 글 불러오는 팝업 창 스타일 조정
- 팝업창 크기 계산 함수 조정
 - 폭을 먼저 확정한 다음 높이를 계산하도록 순서 조정
 - 위젯 수정 페이지 팝업 창 크기 계산 수정
 - 창 너비를 자유롭게 바꿀 수 있기 때문에, `.popup` 클래스를 가진 객체의 가로 폭을 자바스크립트가 강제로 변경하지 않도록 수정. (초기 가로 폭은 정확히 계산하여서 기존과 동일하게 맞춤)
- 라이믹스 문법에 맞춤
 - `jQuery` 를 `$` 로 쓸 수 있으므로 생략 가능한 구문 수정

변경전의 xe.less 파일도 rhymix.less와 함께 load 하여 호환정 유지

CSS 충돌 예)
bootstrap의 .btn
사용 예)
bootstrap 사용시엔 {Context::unloadBasicFiles('xe')}으로 unload 시키면 문제없음

62913dadf7 Fix datepicker date-format as yy-mm-dd (#439) 
XE에서 한국어 언어 파일을 이용해서 사실상 yy-mm-dd 만을 날짜 형식으로 사용했기 때문에, 다국어를 지원하면서 나라마다
다른 형식을 풀어주게 되면, 호환성 문제가 있을 수 있어서 형식을 강제함.

8de3dfb4e8 모바일이나 HTML5 를 잘 지원하는 환경에서 에디터 컴포넌트 사용 개선 
- 폭이 좁은 화면에서도 기본 에디터 컴포넌트를 편하게 사용할 수 있게 개선
- 컬러피커가 내장된 HTML5 지원 브라우저에서는 내장된 컬러피커를 이용하도록 개선(type=color 인 경우)
- input type=number, type=url 등을 지원하는 브라우저에서 조금 더 편리하게 컴포넌트 항목을 다루도록 수정
- 갤러리 컴포넌트가 확장자 대문자인 경우 이미지를 표시하지 못하던 문제 수정.

43b82c0e5f Poll component supports mobile environment 
- 설문조사 컴포넌트의 모바일 장치 지원
- 브라우저 자체 datepicker 를 지원하는 경우 jQuery datepicker 는 나타내지 않음 (중복 UI 정리)
- 자체 datepicker 로 입력하는 경우에도 정상적으로 날짜 처리.

189fa00294 설문조사 Simple 스킨 재구성 등 
- Simple 스킨을 의미에 맞게 `SIMPLE` 하게 만들어 넣음 (default 스킨 기반)
- 사용하지 않게 된 이미지 삭제
- 설문조사 컴포넌트 팝업창 author 정보 정확하게 표현하도록 수정
