파일첨부가 허용된 에디터 출력시 이미 등록된 첨부파일의 수를 count하여 첨부된 파일이 없으면 파일 목록을 구해오지 않도록 하여 쓸데없는 페이지 호출 및 서버 작업/ 클라이언트 부하를 없앰
