339fd234a5 Show where an Exception was thrown or error object was returned 
- 관리자에게만 표시함
  - 오류 화면을 표시하는 방식에 따라서는 표시되지 않을 수 있음
  - 코어 내부에서 발생하는 오류는 표시되지 않을 수 있음
  - message 모듈 스킨에 의존함

ce03006e3f 본인의 회원 정보만 저장하도록 개선함 
만약 member_srl 를 파라미터로 넘겼을 때 본인이 아닌 경우 차단설정을 조회할 수 있는 문제점이 있다.
이를 막고 조회하지 못하도록 개선

1. ffmpge 실행파일의 경로명에 공백이 들어가는 경우에도 실행가능하도록 수정

2.ffmpeg 실행시 상호작용을 명시적으로 비활성 옵션을 추가하여, mp4변환시 500에러가 발생하던 것을 수정
