d3843c733a Add file type exceptions to .editorconfig 
- 파이썬, YAML 등 라이믹스의 탭 규칙을 따르면 안 되는 언어 예외선언
- 탭을 어떤 크기로 표시할 것인지는 .editorconfig에서 강제하지 않고 사용자 설정에 맡김
