$_GET 변수 대신 Context::get() 사용.

354bf541f2 1. Context::getUrl() 함수 사용시 특별한 경우(SSL 전환)을 제외하고는 http://... 경로가 아닌 / 로 시작하는 경로로 url을 생성하도록 변경 
2. 80번 포트가 아닌 경우 Context::getRequestUri()에서 포트번호를 제대로 인식하지 못하는 문제 수정
3. 처음 설치시에 default site info를 등록하고 기본 게시판을 정상적으로 만들도록 수정

e48e2900e4 XE Smartphone 애드온에서 iui를 제거하고 자체 제작한 UI 로 변경 
(아직 PC 브라우저에서 최적화 되었고 iphone, 옴니아등에서의 최적화는 다시 진행할 예정입니다)
cafeXE, planet, page모듈에서도 스마트폰에 어울리는 컨텐츠로 스마트폰 환경을 제공하도록 수정

1. 게시판/페이지 외에 최고관리자가 지정한 서비스 모듈을 생성/관리 가능하도록 개선
2. 최고관리자는 기본 레이아웃/ 레이아웃 변경 기능 제한/ 카페별 서비스 모듈 생성 개수를 지정하는 기능 추가
3. 생성된 카페의 도메인/vid 등을 수정할 수 있는 기능 추가
4. 카페 관리자가 메뉴 추가시에 메뉴명과 서비스 모듈 종류만 지정하면 모듈이 생성되도록 개선
5. 가상사이트와 기본 사이트간의 모듈을 옮길 수 있는 기능 추가
