인코딩 기본값 UTF-8로 변경/(*SKT는 강제 선택적으로 euc-kr인코딩)/
UTF-8인코딩에서 표현 가능한 문자열이 euc-kr에서는 깨지는 것이 많아서 변경(한자 등등)
