4faa291880 #1331 커버 이미지를 선택할 수 있는 기능 추가 
- files 테이블에 cover_image 컬럼 추가
- 썸네일 생성 로직에 cover_image 값을 참조하여 이미지 선택 사용
- 파일 업로드 기능에 UI 추가
