81adc9ffac 수동으로 댓글 작성 시 로그인한 회원에게 작성된 댓글 권한이 넘어가는 문제. 
$manual_inserted 값 사용으로 작성 시 발생하는 문제 해결.

37e1aea4d5 module.xml에서 standalone="true" 제거 
XE 최신 버전에서 standalone 속성은 더 이상 사용되지 않고 있습니다. 이 부분을 삭제하면 xml parsing 속도가
미미하게나마 향상될 것으로 기대됩니다.
